The custodian/supervising agency has responsibility for preparing periodic reports. This includes the CCWIPS Initial Case Plan and the Permanency Planning Committee Progress Report. The initial case plan must be completed within 30 days of placement. Permanency planning is done on a quarterly basis.

 

Initial case plan and permanency planning periodic review information are available on-line in the CCWIPS (computer) system. Note required distribution of case plan and case review documents. County, regional, and state office personnel have electronic access. Print copies for other agencies and facilities as needed.
